Terms of Use
last updated · 6 July 2026
These terms cover your use of the sitewise.studio website. The terms for a project we build for you are set out separately in your proposal and agreement — this page is about the site itself.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse the site and get in touch. In return, please don’t misuse it — for example by attempting to break its security, interfere with how it works for others, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The design, text, logos and other content on this site belong to Sitewise unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to it, but please don’t copy or reuse it without our permission.
Enquiries and the assistant
Information on the site, including replies from our AI assistant Byte, is provided in good faith to help you understand what we do. It’s general information, not a formal quote or professional advice — anything we agree to deliver will be confirmed in writing in your proposal.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or update content at any time.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or their practices.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can’t legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
